Who needs a paid plan?
The organization that organizes and opens the deal holds the plan. Counterparties invited into that deal participate without buying another seat.
What is included in the free pilot?
One real transaction, guided configuration, counterparty onboarding and use of the core workflow for approximately 30–45 days. The scope is agreed before the pilot starts.
Why is there a per-deal fee?
The fee aligns Dealium with transaction usage instead of charging every participant. It is a software fee and does not mean Dealium holds or transfers the funds.
Can we export our data or cancel?
Yes. Plans can be cancelled for the next billing period, and commercial records remain exportable. Annual plans cost 25% less than twelve monthly payments.
